LM 200 is used together with LM1001 HDPE waterproofing membrane and LM 01ST product to form a comprehensive waterproofing system which is watertight, fully-bonded to structure to prevent the risk of water leaking and travelling.

LM 200 is used at the following locations:

• Termination of LM1001 waterproofing
  membrane
• Seal the edges of waterproofing
  patches or torn membranes
• Termination of waterproofing
  membranes at pile heads
• Duct/pipe penetrations through
  walls, floors
• Penetration rebar, tie-rod, etc.

LM 200 can also be used independently as a waterproofing coating.

• This product is ready-mixed and packaged in bucket
• a. Packaging: 20 kg/bucket or 5kg/bucket

• Bucket must be tightly closed without damages before use.
• Material should not be lumpy before use.
• The surfaces of LM1001 waterproofing membrane and concrete where LM 200 is used must be clean, free of dust, dirt, grease or foreign materials.
• Make sure there is no standing water where LM 200 is to be applied. The surfaces of LM1001 membrane and concrete can be moist but without standing water.
• The surfaces of LM1001 membrane and concrete should be cleaned by compressed air method (using air blower or air compressor).
• Mix the material for 3 minutes until a homogeneous, lump-free mixture before use.
• Brush or trowel can be used to apply LM 200.
• Use a brush to apply LM 200 onto the junction between LM1001 membrane and concrete. The width of LM 200 overlapping on LM1001 and concrete is at least 50 mm.
• In some special cases, where it is difficult to closely connect LM1001 membrane to the surface of concrete or formwork, nails can be used to firstly
  fix the LM1001 membrane. Use LM 01ST tape to cover the nails. Then use LM 200 to fully seal around membrane and/or patch edges.
• Make sure to apply LM 200 tightly and continuously throughout the edges of the waterproofing membrane LM1001.
• Consumption rate of LM 200 is 2.5 – 3.0 kg/m2, depending on the structure of the place to be sealed.

• Keep product away from any heat sources
• This is a non-toxic and environmental-friendly product.
• Always fully equipped with protective clothing
  during the application
• Users shall refer to the most recent Technical Data Sheet for physical, ecological, toxicological and other safety-related information.

• Store product in dry, ventilated condition
• Always make sure the bucket lid is tightly closed and
  the container undamaged
• Don’t put product in areas with direct sunlight, rain,
  snow, ice
• Storage temperature ranges from +5°C to +32°C.

• Absolutely do not apply LM 200 when the temperature is lower than +5°C
• Carefully check the material before use, do not use material that has been hardened or lumpy
• Close the bucket lid immediately after taking out the material for construction
• Absolutely do not apply product when there is rain or on surface with stagnant water
