The product is packed in containers, ready-mixed.

• a. Packaging: 20 kg/container

a. Substrate preparation:

• Substrate must be solid, without structural cracks
• Concrete must be sound without honeycomb or any defects
• Concrete surface must be clean. Any adhesion reduction factors such as loose materials, oil, bitumen, grease, plaster, laitance, mud, etc. must be removed.
• All defects and holes of concrete surface must be treated with specialized mortar
• All steel bars must be cut and ground flat
• Positions with corners, feet of walls, slabs or wall intersections must be beveled or rounded with mortar or concrete
• Substrate must be solid before waterproofing. Holes or gaps greater than 5 mm must be patched and filled.
• Structural cracks must be repaired before waterproofing.

b. Construction of waterproofing membrane:

• Make sure the material is in liquid state, not hardened and the container undamaged before use
• Mix the waterproofing material with a mechanical low speed mixer for 1 minute before use
• LM4002 can be applied by different methods such as: brushing, rolling, spraying
• Apply waterproofing material to places with edges, corners and details first, then proceed to wide areas.
• Always apply at least 2 layers of LM4002. Consumption for each layer is 0.6 – 1.2 kg. The overuse of material consumption may result in cracks after finishing.
• Apply the first waterproofing layer in a certain direction
• After the first waterproofing layer surface is free to touch, proceed with the second waterproofing layer in a direction perpendicular to the first layer.
• The temperature when applying the product should be from +5°C to +36°C. Applying at higher temperature may affect the adhesive capacity of the product.
• In areas with high UV intensity, it is recommended to use enhanced UV resistance product LM4S
• Make sure to use fan for air circulation when applying in narrow spaces, in closed rooms, etc.

• This product is safe for handling, storing and application
• Keep product away from any heat sources
• This is a non-toxic and environmental-friendly product
• Always fully equipped with protective clothing during the application
• Users shall refer to the most recent Technical Data Sheet for physical, ecological, toxicological and other safety-related information.

• Store product in dry, ventilated condition.
• Always make sure the bucket lid is tightly closed and the container undamaged
• Don’t put product in areas with direct sunlight, rain, snow, ice.
• Storage temperature ranges from +5°C to +32°C.

• Carefully check the material before use, do not use material that has been hardened
• Close the bucket lid immediately after taking out the material for construction
• Material stored for long can produce a thin film on the surface, this does not affect the overall quality of the product.
• Absolutely do not apply product when there is rain or on surface with stagnant water
• All technical datasheets are based on laboratory test. Actual measured data may slightly differ from specification.
